Coaching: Daily Living and Life Skills

In the NDIS world, there are a number of different  sections that apply to providing coaching support. These sessions are all charged hourly with a minimum one hour and a maximum of three hours per session.
Category. Charged hourly - minimum one hour + extra time in15 minute increments
$77 per hour
Assistance With Accommodation And Tenancy Obligations (NDIS Item No. 08_005_0106_2_3). Guiding, prompting, or undertaking activities to ensure the participant obtains or retains appropriate accommodation.
Life Transition Planning Incl. Mentoring Peer- Support And Individual Skill Develop (NDIS Item No. 09_006_0106_6_3). Providing support and coaching in life skills relating to attending appointments, shopping, taking part in social activities and maintaining contact with others.
Skills Development And Training (NDIS Item No. 09_009_0117_6_3). Building and strengthening life skills including public transport training and support, developing skills for community, social and recreational participation, and building financial literacy knowledge and skills.
Training for Parents and Carers (NDIS Item No. 15_038_0117_1_3).

Coaching: Psychosocial Recovery

In the NDIS world, this means assisting those who have a psychosocial disability to improve and strengthen their capacity, confidence and resilience. The whole purpose is to contribute positively toward living a meaningful [full and contributing] life. This support is designed to be able to be flexible enough to maintain engagement through periods of increased support needs due to the episodic nature of mental illness. As a recovery coach I would work collaboratively with you, your families, carers and other service providers to identify, plan, design and coordinate NDIS supports.

Community Care

Providing sensitive support to engage in daily activities, with increased independence and improved social and community participation. I am an experienced and compassionate caregiver who can provide flexible sessions that are tailored to meet each client's goals, with a focus on achieving a better quality of life and overall well-being. Generally this support is charged hourly with a minimum one hour and a maximum of three hours per session.

Transport Only Services

For on-going clients, I provide quiet and non-fussed transport services for when you just need to get from 'A' to 'B'. 
I am happy to transport you and your contained pets if there is a veterinarian or grooming appointment. This support incurs the pro-rata of the relevant Community Care hourly rate PLUS a vehicle use charge of $1 per kilometre travelled together.
When just providing transport, there is a minimum of 30 minutes per session. You can book a 30, 45 or 60 minute appointment. I
Category. Charged a minimum thirty (30) minutes + extra time in15 minute increments
The relevant support is charged at a pro-rata rate PLUS vehicle use charged at
$1 per kilometre

T&C on Prices

  1. Provider Travel costs, which may include either or both:
    1. Labour costs,up to a maximum of 30 minutes travel time. 
    2. Non-labour costs. at $1.00 per kilometre for client transport.
  2. Non-Face-to-Face services, which may include, but are not limited to:
    1. Researching and producing data/information that is linked explicitly to your needs and achieving your goals.
    2. Time spent meeting with others to review and report on the services provided to you.
    3. Additional expenses (i.e., incidental costs such as entry fees).
  3. Prices are set and updated following the published NDIS Pricing Guide. 
  4. All prices are GST inclusive (if applicable).
  5. Changes to prices:
    1. Braver Together can amend its prices at anytime.
    2. Notice of price changes will be issued via your preferred communication method.
